Join me on Friday mornings at the DanceXchange, for an uplifting, open-to-all contemporary class designed to stimulate your body and mind.
This class is for everyone, using gentle, release-based techniques for an accessible, full-bodied movement experience. Dancers will work openly in the space, learning high-energy phrases that work with the natural flow of the body, and encourage a healthy balance between creativity and basic technique. This class also draws on basic yoga postures and pilates sequences to encourage moving with the breath, flexibility, and muscle tone.
Expect a class full of positive energy, focus, and fun!
